- Responsible for OPEX and CAPEX (only Automation and Electrical)
- Ensuring high plant availability.
- Revision and maintenance planning electrical
- Budgeting of buildings and equipment.
- Control of purchasing, deliveries and invoicing (SAP/SRM).
- Supervision, control and acceptance of external contractors.
- Problem and malfunction analysis, electrical and mechanical (RCA).
- Train and supervise company electricians on systems and automation.
- Train machine operators for autonomous maintenance.
- World Class Management/ Lean Management.
- Accompanying process optimisation teams (GEMBA/ OEE).
- Compliance with the management systems for quality ISO 9001, environment ISO 14001, occupational health and safety OHSAS and IFS.
- Shift and holiday planning for shift coverage.
- Planning machine adaptations for new products.
- Commissioning of new plants and machines.
- Member of the food safety team HACCP & Food Defence.
- Proleit/ PLC and software management of automation.
Remark:
January 2015 the site manager offered me the position of Electrical Engineering Manager, in the process I took over the management of 3 shift electricians and as deputy 3 shift mechatronic fitters and 1 locksmith/ sewage treatment technician. In February 2015, a number of major conversions (new plants) were announced, which I took over as project manager. In addition, I had the task of training two new electricians for a number of complex systems/machines.

- Replacement PET Bottle transport
- Replacement Warehouse Lighting
- Upgrade Safety Pallet transport and Pallet Lift
- Replacement Labeler
