- Development and introduction of improvements.
- Train and accompany machine operators
- Train plant electricians.
- Supervision and control of contractors.
- Material planning for maintenance work
- Securing data and parameterising inspectors (Heuft/ BBull/ Krones).
- Circuit diagrams and E-schematics
- Carrying out preventive maintenance work to ensure operational readiness
- Carrying out repair work on our filling and infrastructure systems
- Providing electrical support for plant modifications
- Ensuring the operational safety of the electrotechnical systems
- Updating the electrical system documentation
- Alternating weeks on standby duty
Remark:
I started working for Feldschlösschen Supply Chain in February 2012. Within a few weeks, I recognized the structural problems of the plants and rounded off several projects that were solved step by step in the bottling plant and in the process. The efficiency of the plants and availability have increased positively. Within a year, the company appointed me senior automation engineer/operating electrician. In the two years that I have been working for my current employer in the beverage industry, I have further developed/trained myself in the Proleit control system, programming smaller projects myself that were otherwise done by an engineering office
