Remark:
At Eaton Holec I worked for 3 years as a high voltage fitter and after a short time I graduated as a senior fitter. During the absence of the team leader, I took over his tasks and also took over the control of the switches.
After this period, I worked for 3 years in the warehouse and in the purchasing department with the expansion as a planner. In a short time, I learned the old system HBV and implemented the conversion to the new system ERP/MRP en PRP of Baan 4, which can be compared to SAP. Then I set up Baan 4 so that the warehouse was reduced to a minimum by planning very closely with just-in-time deliveries from the supplier to the warehouse, from the warehouse to the workplace, etc. I was the spider in the web who planned the warehouse. I was the spider in the web, overseeing and coordinating the planning and deploying where necessary.
