- PLC (backups)
- Circuit diagrams and E scheme
- Carrying out preventive maintenance work to ensure operational readiness
- Carrying out repair work on the filling and infrastructure systems
- Providing electrical support for plant modifications
- Ensuring the operational safety of the electrotechnical systems
- Updating the electrical system documentation
- On-call service at weekends
Remark:
During the construction of the new company Grolsch Beer Brewery in Boekelo, I accompanied two bottling lines as a pioneer electrical and automation technician/engineer. My most important tasks were, among other things, checking the delivered machines against the regulations and drawings. I also had the task of instructing the machines and carrying out the first maintenance. Later I was involved in optimizing and improving the efficiency of the machines with both software and hardware.
